The trouble is humans are still human and even the best advice does not always lead to perfect harmony within the workforce.
This can lead to disputes and disputes can end up in court.
No employer can say for certain that this will never happen. Unless they only employ robots… and you can’t actually employ a robot, can you? Well, at least not yet…
